HERBALIFE!!!

Alrighty then...

I am officially back at 261!
Yah, i wish i was lighter but you know what i think i needed that month to refocus, to reignite my flame and get back on the wagon. I am now playing in 7 leagues for volleyball... holey moley I'm going to be 190 in no time lol!!! its soo hot here in Rhode Island that i swear i am dropping like...3 pounds during my matches hahah!!

I am currently doing 2 - 3 shakes a day, with 3 high protein snacks... Cottage Cheese is my favorite. and then 1 - 2 protein packed meals.. NORMALLY...Chicken Caesar Salad! i love that stuff... nom nom!

My customers are doing amazing... Stacey is down more weight!! holla, waiting for her bars lol! Corey is rocking it in OHIO... john is joining her now... Judy is wii fitting it up ;) haha... Keep it up guys your an inspiration to everyone!

My main form of exercise! I love volleyball i try to play 4 times a week!! Its great cardio, and a great sport . I have so much fun, meet cool people, and form great friendships....YUPP!!!!

Great way to keep your exercise fun and exciting is to pick up a sport you always have wanted to learn, tennis, volleyball. basketball...anything. Your soo focused on the game you totally forget your working out!

Success!!!

Okay...so i went to New Orleans,

 lol, i tried to stick to diet, but i was surrounded by AMAZING FOOD... so i indulged! I had 1 pound of cajun peel and eat shrimp, crawfish, and 5 cans of ravioli!!!(not gormet food but delicious)

I gained about 8 pounds...lol! but you know what i worked my BUTT off to get where im at, i was on VACA imma enjoy myself!

I came back and immediatly begun a 21 day cleanse... i feel great and im already back to pre vaca weight!!!

I am soo excited to continue my weight loss, i love how people are like... wow your tiny, where did you go lol i love how i feel when i get complimented ON MY BODY and not my sence of humor, or cool shoes, or something i might have... this is me, my body, its who i am, and to get complimented on it is amazing.

Goal for the next 2 months...another 20 pounds ( Aug. 25) i want to be at 230!!!!!

Brought back down to earth

Do these make my but look big???

I Was Flying high on emotions, i have never been this thin in my life. Went shopping today, and tried on some clothes, and shirts fit me very nice, I am an XL!!!! always had issues with shirts ALWAYS... but this time it was my truck, my caboose, my lower body! Weird o have lost a little (inches) off legs and thighs, but i could not even begin to button these awesome red khakis... i was super bummed!!!\\This is the first set back in a while... i was given a free shirt the other day and i said WITH CONFIDENCE, I'm an XL... i have always been 3 4 5 XL.... YES THE XL FIT... i cant wait to go for a hike... burn some bootie off me hahaha!!!

I am going to get back into the routine of posting weekly again!!!

And Were Back....


So i have been on vacation to OHIO to see family and lets say... they were shocked... I was able to get some of them and friends on product!!! Some are already seeing results!!! My friends here in Rhode island who have been on product for 3 weeks are dropping lbs like it is their job!!! Stacey is down like 8 lbs, James i think 15!!!!

WAY TO GO GUYS

I have slipped up alittle bit due to My vacation, My new job as a herbalife distributor, and because i want to grill hamburgers and hotdogs every night lol!!!!

Currently I am down to 262!!!!

50 Pounds Lost.... How Bout That...
This is the lightest I have weighed... Since I can remember. It Is An AMAZING Feeling. I Cant wait to go shopping for some new clothes!!!!

My Next Goal:

25 Pounds in 10 Weeks.
As my readers know, my place of Business "THE WARWICK MALL" here in Rhode Island is completely flooded out, so i have atleast 2 months to work on me, Not For Stride Rite, Not for ANYONE ELSE, but me, Its me time! if...I MEAN WHEN... I lose this 25 Pounds i will be 246!!!

Its Crazy, I Seriously Can NOT remember being any lighter, I was a HUGE boy in middle school and high school. I remember changing my gym clothes in the bathroom instead of the locker room like everyone else, so i wasnt teased. And That Stupid Mile run in Mrs. Wrights Gym Class at Price Elementry... OHIO PEOPLE HAVE TO REMEMBER HER!!! She Scared Everyone!!! HAHAHAHA

Im going to try something new tomorrow thanks to my friend MARSHA MARSHA MARSHA... we shall see how long this lasts!!! ahahaha

And The Winner Is?......

Week 10: 276 (Down 7lbs.)
I did it, i lost enough weight to pull out the win, i had some stiff competition too... Marsha Marsha Marsha.....she almost got me... Next challenge, I Know for a fact she is going to do what she can to beat me!!!! The Next Challenge starts April 1st, if you are interested in doing the challenge comment me with your email. I loved the whole class idea, I was held accountable for every decision i made... I NEEDED THAT!
Char , my coach, Was amazing i coulndt have done it with out her....With out her i dont think i would have lost more than 10 lbs. Its not Weight Watchers, there is no point system, if you cheat its on you. ITS YOUR CALL.... thats why i loved it... I LOST THE WEIGHT I CHOSE THE FOOD, I DID THE EXERCISE, I DID THE WORK.

OKAY so i am currently down 45 pounds, i missed my goal by 5 lbs. but thats okay i am 45 lbs. lighter than 2 months ago!!!!!

THIS CHALLENGE:
i am going to focus on improving... i want to improve my exercise, improve my choices, improve my attitude, and of course looks.... lol

I am setting a Weight Loss Goal of 30 Lbs. Its attainable, and still challenging....For all yall out there, set a goal that is reachable. Dont put that pressure on yourself, your setting yourself up for Failure...

LA LA BOMBA

Ok so it is the final week of Challenge 1:
And i need a big number, and I am trying do a "CLEANSE" on day 1 i only drink 2 gallons of this aloe and fruit concentrate mixture, tomorrow Day 2 i am doing 5 protein shakes, and Day 3 I will have 3 Protein Shakes and a very Healthy Meal....
Hopefully i will lose between 3-10 lbs. that is the average weight loss after doing LA BOMBA....
I am almost down 40 pounds and I love everyones expressions when they see me, if its been a while... WOW sean you look tiny...you look good, looking Sexy lol I cant wait till i see it!!!
I am doing the Challenge again which begins in 2 weeks, I think my goal will be 25 pounds... so I should look pretty dern good. I cant wait till THURSDAY!!!

Cheater Cheater PIZZA Eater!!!!!

Okay so i had pizza on thursday and chicken wings, lets talk about delish...but detrimental!!!

I had to work out extra just to burn of one meal. I OFFICIALLY HAVE MADE IT! This is the lightest i have weighed since i was 12, 13. Im 283 almost at my 50 lb goal. imma have to buckel up buttercup this week and pull double digits!!! IM LOSONG 50 lbs...Dangit!! haha

i feel great, i look, i think, great! i feel like im no longer fat, im now thick lol!!!!!

What should i put on here to assist everyone, food log, workout log? LET ME KNOW

1 Pound...


OKAY like i said in the previous post, I have never been under 285 in like years.... I weighed in today and lost 6.5 lbs. ALOT i know, but if i could have lost 7.5, i would be 285. TIED... but im not.. And im ok with this... I WILL GET it next week!

I LOVE ZUMBA, if yall know bout it, you know what im talking about. Latin Dancing plus Intense Cardio = SWEATIE MESS!!! 

I am currently down 35 pounds, in 8 weeks!!!!! This is crazy amazing for me!!! I never thought I could do this!!!! But i did...

Whats the Difference????


What is different this time?
I played Volleyball in high school, i played all the intramural in college, now 4 years out of college, I am losing weight...

I went to college weighing 425, and came out my Junior Year weighing 285. So that's 140 lbs. Most people don't believe i weighed that much, I KNEW that's all that mattered.

Weird thing, I was unhappy with my body, but i didn't let it hold me back...THANK GOD...or I would have been a Mess.
I lost all that weight in college by, Not really eating and playing tons of sports, My day was so packed, i would not have breakfast, then go to class, Sneak a lunch in (eating a peperoni sandwich, and random junk), but i would work out/exercise all day and night. I was sooo thin, but i didn't feel as healthy as I Should have.

NOW:

I am on a plan...a mission...lol!
I love competition, and I need to be held accountable for my actions, So I joined a weight loss challenge here in Rhode island. Each week, we do our best eating well, exercise, and then show up for class. I love this, I love to held responsible for my actions.

My Diet:
Fresh Fresh Fresh....
I'm loven my veggies and fruits all of a sudden. I learned to eat salad, and fresh veggies. I am taking Herbalife products to assist in my weight loss goal. I use the formula 1 shakes to get protein...( OH I FORGOT TO MENTION, MY DIET IS PROTEIN PACKED), i use the cell loss and 21 day cleanse to keep me going lol ;) I also drink this aloe stuff, which is amazing I LOVE IT...

The products are NOT free, but i think to myself, I Spend 30 to 50 bucks a week on the products, but i used to spend 10 dollars a day at Chellos, thats like 70 bucks a week just for lunch at work... GROSS HUH, i rather spend money to get me healthy...
I feel like this time im doing it right i feel fit, and i feel lighter, even though i have been thinner...Weird

WHY:
why do i want to do this?
I Want to shop at Macy's, DKNY, Eddie Bauer, Nordstroms, GAP, and A&F...NOT JUST BIG AND TALL...

I want to be fit, and kick butt at all the sports i play at.

I want people to notice me, in a positive way.

I want to MEET SOMEONE..lol

I WANT TO BE HEALTHY..

I might beable to pass my lightest weight i have ever been while dieting. The lightes i have ever weighed has been 285, That was Junior Year of College and I was crazy into exersice and eating healthy, but as we can see i put on almost 40 LBS since 2008.

Looking Good

Week 7: 292.5 (down 4.5 Lbs.)
What a week, I am down 28.5 Pounds in 7 Weeks... HOLLA
I have worked so hard and i am loving the results II'm getting. This just goes to show what you put in in what you get out!

I see people are visiting, Someone leave comments. I wanna know how y'all are doing or if you have tips for me!!!! I FOUND THE WORST PHOTO OF ME I HAVE EVER SEEN, i want to share it with Y'all...

This week I'm kicking my but, i ran 3 miles in a lil over 30 mins Today then played Volleyball for 3 hours!! GREAT WORK OUT I THINK.

YAAAAY!!!

Mid Week 7:

So i feel amazing, took some pictures to see my transformation and I can see a difference. I have been busting my butt for a great weightloss this week.

People are beginning to notice:

I have had many customers say "WOW, Sean you look good, you lose weight?" I love that. My friends are noticing, the gym workers have noticed. My sister hasnt been home for a while and She saw me for the first time since the challenge began. She was very excited for me. AND!!!!!!!!! if you know me you know i love to buy clothes..."SHOP", she callenged me, if i lose a total of 50 lbs, she will buy me a new $500 wordrobe... I feel bad for her, im half way there!! HAHAHA, hopefully she has a big return from her taxes cause $500 will be mine!!! HAHAHAHA

Went grocery shopping today, HOLY BILL!!! Like $200, but i think about it, $200 for great healthy food, instead of $15 for wendys, $25 for Pizza hut, $30 for TGI Fridays, and thats only 3 days of food! so i think its about the same....

My poor mom wants Mac n Cheese, Apple Pie, Lasange, and Pizza, but she doesnt want to tempt me, so she passes on her cravings, BUT!!!!!!!!!! I found a bag of potato chips (my fav) under the pots and pans, LOL, i could smell it!!! So i know she isnt Starving!!!

Almost Through my Challenge!!!!!


Week 6: 297 (down 3lbs.)

Well i tried something new and dont believe it was effective. I cut carbs (milk from protein shakes, wraps, and others) and i loss less than i did when i didnt look at carbs.
As this happened to anyone else? Are you having issues with carbs?
I really want to hear from everyone, so let me know!
This week im doing my 4 protein shakes a day, and trying to hit 150 grams of protein. I am working out everyday and i am eating GREAT...
does anyone want to see my food blog, so yall can help me tweak my eating habbits!!!

Week 5 Results

WEEK 5: 300 lbs. (down 4 lbs.)

Well i was hoping for 10 lbs dropped this week, but i didn't WORK OUT as much nor did i eat right so why do i believe i deserve 10 lbs dropped lol. BUT I AM HAPPY WITH 4 lbs... Brings me to 300 flat. Next week i will lose 10 i guarantee it!

Its the half way mark and i am right on track, i want to lose 50 lbs in 10 weeks and i am half way there....!
Trying something new this week, going to make my protein shakes with water instead of milk and see if cutting the carbs will increase weight loss. I use fat free milk instead of 1% or 2%, and there are 14 carbs in an 8 oz. glass and i make my protein shakes with 10 oz. of milk and have 4 a day... that's 56 carbs i can cut out....

In an upcoming post i will post my food log, so if there are any Dieters out there whom may have suggestions let me hear it... I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET...

Going from Flab 2 Fab



January 2nd, 2010: MY A-Ha Moment...
Just after my lunch break I stepped into our bathroom at work, i bent over to pick something up, dont remember what it was, and my button on my pants flew accross the room. Lets talk about embarrasing. I felt sooo fat. These were my "FAT PANTS" too, and the button flew off like a bullet. At that moment i vowed to my coworkers that i was making a change, i wasnt on a diet, i was changing my life. I NEVER AGAIN wanted "FAT PANTS".

I started my weght loss challenge on January 12th. i was weighed in at 321 lbs. Disgusting! each week i will be weighed in and i will post my results. I will also update yall on anything interesting that happens on my path. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR from fellow bloggers who are also trying to lose weight, maybe we can help each other out in some way...

As i said i started on the 12th of January, and it is February 7th. I will cath yall up to speed with my progress.

WEEK 1: 315 lbs. (down 6 lbs.)
Wow Holy moly I worked my butt off for everyone of these 6 lbs. Joined my local gym here in Warwick, And kicked butt.

WEEK 2: 312 lbs. (down 3 lbs.)
Not as good as i was hoping but i did cheat on my diet, I had a AMAZING 20oz Porterhouse Steak!!! Nuff said. NEXT WEEK WILL BE BETTER

WEEK 3: 307lbs. (down 5 lbs.)
I did well, I discovered ZUMBA. latin dance aerobics lol!! SO MUCH FUN

WEEK 4: 304lbs. (down 3 lbs.)
I thought for sure i lost 10 lbs... i worked out for HOURS but because i was lifting, i gained muscle, :( i guess thats a good thing. THIS WEEK IM NOT LIFTING. we shall see...
