Almost Through my Challenge!!!!!


Week 6: 297 (down 3lbs.)

Well i tried something new and dont believe it was effective. I cut carbs (milk from protein shakes, wraps, and others) and i loss less than i did when i didnt look at carbs.
As this happened to anyone else? Are you having issues with carbs?
I really want to hear from everyone, so let me know!
This week im doing my 4 protein shakes a day, and trying to hit 150 grams of protein. I am working out everyday and i am eating GREAT...
does anyone want to see my food blog, so yall can help me tweak my eating habbits!!!
