Peace Out 6 Pounds

Worked my bumm off this week to lose 6 pounds! Yah buddy! I am now 274! and i will be 268 next week! I KNOW IT WILL HAPPEN...I AM PUTTING IT OUT TO THE UNIVERSE! Last week I took a trip to historic Bristol, Rhode Island to visit my girl KARA! She recently opened a Nutrition Club on Metacom Ave... if you live in Bristol, do yourself a favor, Go see her... NUTRITION 4 LIFE, the club is gorgeous and she is phenomenal! Tell her I sent you and I recommend the Blueberry Muffin Shake! How can losing weight taste so damn good... you just wait till you try it! You'll See!!!

So as I stated last post, I will be trying something new every week, something that will benefit my weight loss... last week, was my new INFATUATION with apples lol... So childish, but i seriously never had them! LOVES IT!!! This week I went for Hard boiled eggs... I hated the smell of hard boiled eggs! My mom makes deviled eggs for every reason available... so I figured I'll try one! mmm SOOO GOOD, 3 Hard Boiled Eggs get me 14 grams of Protein!! YAY!
Next Week, I think it will be a Physical Challenge! Maybe run a mile with out stopping, or something like that!

An Apple A Day...

So this weekend was an interesting one... I was good all week and then came Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Its like I totally forgot i was watching my weight... But that's okay I will fix it! Its 2 pm on Tuesday and I have already had 2 shakes, 7 scrambled egg whites, and fruit! I WILL HIT MY NUMBERS!!!
So as a new task to do while I am trying to lose 80+ more pounds (lol) I want to try something new every week, last week I had for the first time, I can remember, an Apple... the only way I used to eat apples where in pies, dumplings, or candied. But I ate a granny smith apple. I have to say I think they are nummy! :) I have had 4 more sense then and I think its official, they are going to be in my menu alot more! They are DELICIOUS!!!!

I have started drinking our new Herbalife 24 shakes to spice up the routine... I love them! Creamy Vanilla! AMAZING! i have to hit 200 grams of protein aday, and these will defiantly help me with that, they have just over 20 grams per shake! Like i said <3 Them! Below i have attached a video introducing the Shakes that i drink so everyone knows whats in them!! :)

I am Going to weigh myself tomorrow morning to see the damage i have done! i pray for some lbs to be gone lol but i am not holding my breath! Till then!

Past, Present, Future...

The Lowest Point...


SERIOUSLY!!!!

2000- I was living in Rhode Island and went to Cranston East, I loved it, I played Volleyball, Basketball, and managed the girls vball and bball teams! LOVIN LIFE... Sophomore year i quit basketball for the DUMBEST reason, Shirt vs. Skins...I became super self conscious, i was about 340 (huge, but i hid it well) Then we up and left RI for Ohio... this is when the spiral began.. When I moved back, even though i grew up with all of the kids, it seemed they forgot who I was, I felt like the new kid in school, even though I knew everyone, Got a little depressed...but what ever. In 2004, wow i packed on the pounds, i ballooned up to 425! I didn't play sports, didn't do anything sports related, Nothing but eat...I was the biggest kid in Cuyahoga Falls High, i was the BIG GUY, who really couldn't fit in to any real group, so I made my own one :) Senior year was defiantly better than junior year, some friends came back, some didn't, no biggie!

Prom was fun, I went with a bunch of my friends, but trying to find tux in my size, should have been the wake up call i needed, but i guess I wasn't ready! 5xl jacket, 64 inch waist , 23 inch neck, oh and I'm only about 5' 9.5'' lol try to find that at Men's Warehouse (hahaha) i did have some fun!


After graduating I moved to Tampa Florida to go to Saint Leo University! Holy cow, They raise 'em small in Florida, i was surrounded by Thin, Fit, Gorgeous people, and here i was, all 425 pounds of me, i remember I had to take a few placement tests, I DIDN'T FIT IN THE CHAIR :( off to a wonderful start! But for some reason it was the athletes of Leo that became my good friends. By the end of Freshman year i gained another 20 or so, Freshman 20 don't judge lol...

Sophomore year it started, my freinds were there to help me start getting healthy! I would play tennis from sunrise to sunset, golf, soccer, volleyball, you name it i was doing it. I BECAME SOCIAL! in 3 years of doing this, i dropped down to 320! BUT ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END...
MOVED BACK TO RHODY...(yes i know i move like its my job)


2010 New Years EVE

2008-2010 THE PARTY YEARS:
I guess i thought I was still in college or something, Parties every night, bad choices, and super unhealthy lifestyle.... New Years Eve 2010, I don't think i partied as much as I did. I was a complete disaster! I needed a THINTERVENTION, and Charlene did that for me, I decided it was time to change, googled weight loss challenges in Rhode Island, Found A Healthier You, Bam.. NEW ME!!!

I joined the weight loss challenge, ended up losing 44 pounds in 10 weeks! LOVED MY NEW BODY I WAS THE THINNEST I HAVE EVER BEEN. If you have read the blog before you know how i did it!
I continued to lose weight and got down to 261! HOLY COW BATMAN....
Today as i restart my weight loss journey i am 280 and on a mission to get below 200!

It's Been A While...

So i have been slacking, not following up on my BLOGGING responsibilities... and my weight loss has suffered because of this! I was losing weight consistently while blogging so i will continue this trend to help me along on this journey!
Where Have I Been?
  WELL GOOD NEWS... I have left STRIDE RITE... the stress has disappeared! I Am soo relaxed its not even funny! I enjoy everyday, I am able to play volleyball every single day if I want, go to the Mall, go to the Beach, what ever I WANT I GET! Whats wrong with that?
Complacency... I have become conmfortable, I need to spice things up again.
 I AM NOT FAT ANYMORE! this is how I feel, i don't have that spark, that drive anymore to stick to my diet as good as i can.

WAKE UP SEAN your still 280 pounds :) I need to lose another 80 pounds and this is going to hold me accountable! SO BRING IT ON... will be posting more later!...

HERBALIFE!!!

Alrighty then...

I am officially back at 261!
Yah, i wish i was lighter but you know what i think i needed that month to refocus, to reignite my flame and get back on the wagon. I am now playing in 7 leagues for volleyball... holey moley I'm going to be 190 in no time lol!!! its soo hot here in Rhode Island that i swear i am dropping like...3 pounds during my matches hahah!!

I am currently doing 2 - 3 shakes a day, with 3 high protein snacks... Cottage Cheese is my favorite. and then 1 - 2 protein packed meals.. NORMALLY...Chicken Caesar Salad! i love that stuff... nom nom!

My customers are doing amazing... Stacey is down more weight!! holla, waiting for her bars lol! Corey is rocking it in OHIO... john is joining her now... Judy is wii fitting it up ;) haha... Keep it up guys your an inspiration to everyone!

My Favorite Exercise!!!

My main form of exercise! I love volleyball i try to play 4 times a week!! Its great cardio, and a great sport . I have so much fun, meet cool people, and form great friendships....YUPP!!!!

Great way to keep your exercise fun and exciting is to pick up a sport you always have wanted to learn, tennis, volleyball. basketball...anything. Your soo focused on the game you totally forget your working out!

Success!!!

Okay...so i went to New Orleans,

 lol, i tried to stick to diet, but i was surrounded by AMAZING FOOD... so i indulged! I had 1 pound of cajun peel and eat shrimp, crawfish, and 5 cans of ravioli!!!(not gormet food but delicious)

I gained about 8 pounds...lol! but you know what i worked my BUTT off to get where im at, i was on VACA imma enjoy myself!

I came back and immediatly begun a 21 day cleanse... i feel great and im already back to pre vaca weight!!!

I am soo excited to continue my weight loss, i love how people are like... wow your tiny, where did you go lol i love how i feel when i get complimented ON MY BODY and not my sence of humor, or cool shoes, or something i might have... this is me, my body, its who i am, and to get complimented on it is amazing.

Goal for the next 2 months...another 20 pounds ( Aug. 25) i want to be at 230!!!!!
