Week 6: 297 (down 3lbs.)
Well i tried something new and dont believe it was effective. I cut carbs (milk from protein shakes, wraps, and others) and i loss less than i did when i didnt look at carbs.
As this happened to anyone else? Are you having issues with carbs?I really want to hear from everyone, so let me know!
This week im doing my 4 protein shakes a day, and trying to hit 150 grams of protein. I am working out everyday and i am eating GREAT...
does anyone want to see my food blog, so yall can help me tweak my eating habbits!!!
