My main form of exercise! I love volleyball i try to play 4 times a week!! Its great cardio, and a great sport . I have so much fun, meet cool people, and form great friendships....YUPP!!!!
Great way to keep your exercise fun and exciting is to pick up a sport you always have wanted to learn, tennis, volleyball. basketball...anything. Your soo focused on the game you totally forget your working out!
